With two sterling releases behind them already, Phobia’s Coded Music imprint continues to blossom with this, its third 12" set to be the biggest yet.
Joining Phobia at the helm once again is Jubei, an artist whose star in currently very much on the rise ahead of the imminent release of his debut, ‘Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gained’ EP for Goldie’s Metalheadz. The Newcastle based duo deliver a pair of slick, low-slung, sub-rollers that have been receiving a healthy amount of rotation in the clubs and continue in the musical tradition of the first two singles.
DJ support: Goldie, Alix Perez, Teebee, Break, Bailey, Loxy, Icicle, Survival, Vicious Circle and more.

Brighton based Riskotheque brings us the fourth addition to our mix series where we showcase a slice of talent from each of the many areas of Dubstep. This one fits nicely into the rolling underground bass heavy sounds, tight beats and soaring atmospherics.
Not one for bigging himself up so we'll just have to do it for him...! Those in his vicinity should pop into the record store where he works - I don't know which one it is but go hunt it down, there can't be that many in Brighton. I'm certain he only gives top advice on what's hot or not cos he shown us how to put together a stompin set of dubs but not only that - he knows how to produce them too. Those who aren't familiar with his current releases check here. Otherwise get this on the download sharpish cos it's bangin'.

We are proud to announce New Zealand’s Dose and Menace, will be touring Europe in April & May 2010!!
We’ve got some exciting news; two of New Zealand’s most celebrated artists are touring Europe, between the 15th of April and the 25th May.
Dose and Menace are two of the most successful Drum and Bass artists to come out the southern hemisphere, international releases on some of the scenes most well respected and biggest record labels including Renegade Hardware, Commercial Suicide, Citrus Records, Critical Records, Cyanide Recordings, Fokuz Recordings, Revolution Records, Horizon Music and many more creating a huge European fan base for both their tunes and their DJ sets.
Both extremely talented DJ’s as well as producers, holding down one of New Zealand’s biggest promotion companies hosting the biggest international acts touring the world, they live and breathe DJing, honing a skill of many years, constantly touring around New Zealand and Australia proving both are crowd favourites.
Looking to build on Dose’s previous tour of Europe, 2010 brings twice the action, twice the bass and twice the enjoyment!!

On the flip, we welcome Code 3 to the Coded family. Comprising of SP:MC, Jubei & Dakuan, this new collective is making big waves in the scene with a killer 12” already out on Friction’s Shogun Ltd imprint and forthcoming tracks on D-Bridge’s Exit Recordings. ‘Payload’ is a hark back to the golden age of DnB, stepping beats and a gut wrenching bline make this an essential tool for any serious DJ.
Finished copy promos will be in record shops on Monday 13th July with the full release to follow shortly after.
