Im going have to disagee about Pilot.
Im originaly from outside Estonia, but have been living here for over a year and I have been djing all over the world every week for the last 7 years, and I have played some shitty places in my time.
My point is, the polit is a raw, gitty club thats perfect for Underground gitty music. I wish I had somewhere like the Pilot club where I grew up in the UK. I can honestly say everytime I've been there its been an awsome night.

I dunno if any of you have been to Therpay sessions at Herbal in London, but its very simular to club pilot, raw, gitty, underground and a alot smaller, but its great for that reason. There is about 20-30 people coming over from the UK for this event. Most clubs in the UK are for commercail music, or house. You never get to see underground artists unless you go to London and pay 500eek to get in.

As most of you know artists from abroad loving playing in Estonia. Its because of places like Pilotclub because there just isnt many other venues like this in other places. I even moved to Estonia as the scene here is so good, and some of my best memories are from pilot.

Clubs in the USA are even worse (I lived in San Diego CA, on and off for 3 years) . Most of the time there not even clubs, just small resturants or bars with tables in the corner for the decks. Nobody dances either.
I also hate going to these nice shiny clubs, thats full of non dancing chin scratching trainspotters, with about as much vibe as a funeral home.

This is the reason we choose club Pilot, all the other venues are over priced that lack atmosphere. Theres no way a party like offkey could get 6000 ppl at places like Saku arena. Or the shiny bars like Stereo that dont suit underground, raw music.

I think ppl in Estonia are lucky to have clubs like these, because trust me, it could be alot worse. I see it every month.

I'm not bitching, everyone has the right to there own opinion. All the events in Estonia are what YOU make it. Not just the promoters or the line ups. Lets keep the Estonia dnb scene strong in 2007, we can all make a difference!

Myself.......... I'm really excited about this party, line up, and I'm proud that the first true OffKey event is in Estonia!
