Stanton T60 decks - bad or good?

A friend recommended i get these as apparently these decks are good enough for beginners, which i am and that they are value for money.

So i purchased them and so far they sound good and i havent had a problem with them.

The question is that should i stick with these for a bit or very soon upgrade to something better like the technics sl 1210 mk2?

well, imho (and I have been dealing with DJ equipment for 3 years) the stanton t60s are the best TTs in this price range. by the quality and price.
But about upgrading the question is more in that if you are planning to learn some scratching techniques or if u will want to record promo mixes or planning to host a radioshow, or planning to promote your own events in this case I would recommend to buy a pair of technics, but if there are no such a plans, then stanton 60s are enough reasonable for home use.

:)
