Dear All Therapy Freaks and Freakettes,
Anger and Therapy, myself and Dylan, just wanted to personally let you know what is happening with the line up change for Therapy Tallinn February 20th, 2010.
It is very unfortunate Dylan will not be able to be there, basically he is in the process of getting his U.S green card (visa to stay in America through marriage to myself, an American), and we had the application completed in August when his current visa ran out. We were told it was 6 months for the process so we were able to start scheduling tours in February. However, over Christmas we received an email that our lawyer died of Cancer....an illness she never told us she had in first place...was all a total surprise to us. To make matters worse, no one could find our application, or the checks we gave her for the application, so we had to start the entire process from the start, which takes 6 months again, which then meant we could not let Dylan leave the country until the visa is processed or he risks being deported or denied entry back, and having lived in US now for 3 years, we could not risk him not being able to come home and stranded in Europe.
We worked very, very hard and had help from other Agencies and Artists, and replaced Dylan with Black Sun Empire for this event, which are artists we have had on Therapy numerous times, even a few weeks ago in St Petersburg. I'm sure, and hope, everyone continues to enjoy and support both Therapy, and Force Entertainment (who had no fault in this situation at all), as we plan to do many future Therapy's for your pleasure!! And now that Tech Itch is in Europe for a few months starting in March, we will hopefully reschedule with Dylan, Tech Itch, myself...the original Therapy / Tech Freak crew, as soon as possible!
Force Entertainment and myself worked tirelessly to secure someone of equal standing as quickly as possible for you, and please understand this was so out of our hands and the US government has no interest in trying to speed things up, help us out, or understand any situation (we already tried to explain and sent flyers, contracts etc, and were still told there was nothing we could do to change anything with the application time, they are basically really unhelpful, in fact I think they try to make things more difficult if can).
Thank you so so much for your understanding and support and will see you on the darksiiiide ;))
